How To Enroll

Preschool Enrollment

If you want to enroll your student into the Bellbrook Preschool for the current school year or a future year, please complete the Google form below for the Preschool Waitlist.

Preschool Waitlist

The Preschool Waitlist form will hold a spot for your student on the preschool waitlist in the order received. Please fill out all of the information and HIT SUBMIT. You must be a current Bellbrook resident. Contact for the upcoming school year will typically be made by the end of April. You will receive an email or phone call when a preschool spot is available for the school year in which you would like them to attend, and when your child is at least three years old AND potty trained. You will then pay a $100 deposit to hold your spot.

Preschool is currently $220 per month for typical students, and there is a one-time $70 supply fee. Students only need a backpack and a change of clothes for their additional supplies. They attend an AM or PM session four days a week for 2 1/2 hours; they do not attend on Wednesday. There is no transportation/busing for typical students. There are no guarantees for AM/PM.

If you believe you would qualify for a free lunch program (linked here), please let us know, and we will provide you with an application to see if you qualify for free or reduced preschool tuition.

If you have any additional questions about preschool, please call 937-848-5001 ext. 6902 or email jennifer.dreischarf@bss.k12.oh.us

Families who desire Purple/Gold Kindergarten have now completed the registration process once the above requirements have been met. The Google form must be completed, all required registration documentation, and the $100 deposit made. After April 15, 2026, the 5-day, All-Day, Every-Day, tuition-based program will be on a first-come, first-served basis until it reaches capacity.

The Five-Day Program requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. Your spot is not secured or confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

  • There is a yearly cost of $3,780 broken down into nine monthly payments of $420; your $100 deposit will be applied towards the first monthly payment. Failure to pay will be grounds for removal from the Five-Day Program, and your student will be placed in Purple/Gold.
  • Your first month payment of tuition for August 2026 will be due on August 7th, and all subsequent payments for September-April will be due on the first of the month.
  • If you pay your tuition in full by August 7, 2026, you will receive a $200 discount off of the yearly cost. Once your spot in the five-day program is confirmed by Stephen Bell, then you will have the option to pay your tuition in full.
  • Both the $100 deposit and monthly payments will be paid through PaySchools Central online portal or mobile app. (There is a processing fee.) You will receive an email with your student's ID number and instructions on how to login to your PaySchools Central account from Stephen Bell.
  • Tuition will be waived or reduced for students who qualify for the Free/Reduced Lunch program. For reduced students, tuition will be reduced by 50%. For free students, tuition will be fully waived. The application form will be available on July 1, 2026.
  • Tuition does NOT cover the cost of field trips, school supplies, student fees, and daily lunches.
  • Tuition is due on the first day of each month, beginning in August 2026 and ending in April 2027.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: APRIL 15, 2026
