ANNOUNCEMENTS
Winter Guard places 11th at World Competition
The Bellbrook High School Winter Guard brought home 11th place during the WGI World Championship World Class Finals in the Scholastic World Division at the University of Dayton Arena on Saturday. 

Teacher of the Year
Jill Culler was named the Sugar Maple Teacher of the Year for all her work with her students helping to make EagleLand 2 a reality.

Senior Spotlight
The SENIOR SPOTLIGHT has begun! We want to share your senior’s accomplishments. If you are interested in our Senior Spotlight, then parents or guardians please email [email protected] and share a photo of your senior, their activities, (sports, clubs, jobs) and their plans after graduation. If it’s college, where are they going and what’s their major? If it’s entering the workforce, what field are they entering? Military - what branch? If it’s travel, where are they going? Let’s show the community everything our wonderful seniors are going to be up to!

Little Mermaid Will be May 2-4
Bellbrook High School will be performing The Little Mermaid on stage May 2-4. There will be four performances, so get your tickets starting next week, and be in the audience for this wonderful show!

Color Guard Auditions
Auditions for the 2024 High School Color Guard will be 6 to 9 p.m. April 29 to May 1 in the Main HS Gym. NO experience is required! You have until April 26th to sign up through Final Forms. 

School Supplies

Annual Mattress Sale
The 4th annual Bellbrook Music Boosters Mattress sale will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., April 28 at the high school. Each sale benefits the Bellbrook Music Boosters.

Stephen Bell Fun Run is Coming!
The Stephen Bell FunRun is coming in May, Registration begins this week. There are tons of opportunities for big prizes for individuals and the school! We plan to livestream the event this year, too!

Fill the Nest Campaign
The Bellbrook-Sugarcreek PTO has kicked off the Fill the Nest Campaign. Every dollar donated directly enriches students’ education. Donations in any amount are appreciated! Cash and Checks accepted, as is Venmo: BellbrookSugarcreekPTO

DINE OUT
Eat at Marion's and support EagleLand 2. 20% of the proceeds for orders placed from 6 to 8 p.m. April 23 will be contributed to the playground. You MUST present the Flyer!

The PTO is hosting a fundraising dinner at Chik-Fil-A from 6 to 8 p.m. May 9 at the Cornerstone location. A portion of the proceeds go to the PTO.

YOUTH SPORTS
Our summer athletic camps have been scheduled. Check here to find out more and to register!

Wee Eagles football Cheerleading registration is now open until April 27. More info in the flier.

Competition Cheer Tryouts are April 29 to May 3 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Mandatory parent meeting April 29 at 5:15 p.m.

Select soccer tryouts through the Fusion program will be held at the end of May at Sackett-Wright Park. See flier for times and dates, which differ per age group 

The Dayton Flyers are holding a youth football camp June 3-5 at Welcome Stadium for students entering grades 1-8.

Boys and girls youth soccer camp for grades K-8 will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. July 15 to 17 at the stadium. See flyer for more details. 

Boys and Girls grades K-8 can register for the two-day cheerleading camp. From 5 to 8 p.m. July 22 and 23. Register by June 30. See flier for more details  

EVENTS
Find out more about Dungeons and Dragons, including how to play at Winters Library. 6:30-7:30 p.m. April 23. Grades 6 and up. Parents welcome. 

Music Boosters Euchre Tournament will be held at 6 p.m. May 4 at the Xenia FOP hall. Buy-in is $40, including dinner and one beverage. Silent Auction, additional attractions and we will show the Kentucky Derby.

Come to the Bike Rodeo from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, May 4, at Heritage Christian Church. Child-sized helmets will be given away while supplies last

The community garage sale will be from May 2-4. Check here for more details. 

The Elementary Art Show is from 6 to 8 p.m., May 6 at BCI for Stephen Bell and Bell Creek students.

SUPPORT GROUPS/CLASSES
Financial Wellness seminars are free, and Chick-fil-A provides a light dinner. They are held in the conference room at the Community Support Center, 51 S. East St., Bellbrook. Childcare is not provided.

Positive Parenting classes will be held via Zoom on April 23 from 8 to 8:30 p.m. and April 24 from 1 to 1:30 p.m. via the Greene County ESC.

SUMMER OPPORTUNITIES
Camp Invention now enrolling. Campers will team up with friends to discover the science of light, create a custom ball game, explore global water challenges and more for grades K-6.

Summer Champ Camp runs June 3 to Aug. 2 for ages 5-13. 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tons of fun and programs for young learners in summer camp.

Learning Tree Farm registration is open until July 1. Camp runs from July 8 to 25.  Different theme each week.

The Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (WiSTEM) Institute is an amazing opportunity to learn about STEM fields. Open to girls who are entering grades 10, 11, and 12. June 10-14. 

The GCCC STEM Summer Camp is designed to integrate various disciplines, showing students how STEM topics work together to drive innovation. Camp runs 8:30 a.m. to 3 pm. June 10-13 for students entering the 6th - 8th grade.
